How do I get a repair quote through Re-Paired?
Submit a repair request through the app or website. Re-Paired routes your request to verified shops in your area, who respond with standardized quotes you can compare side-by-side.
Is Re-Paired free for drivers?
Yes. Requesting quotes, comparing shops, and accessing trust scores is free for drivers. You pay your mechanic directly for the repair — Re-Paired does not process payments or take a cut from drivers.
How are shops verified?
Every shop in the Re-Paired network goes through a multi-step vetting process — business verification, licensing checks, and ongoing performance tracking. Trust scores are built from verified outcomes, not reviews.
What areas does Re-Paired cover?
Re-Paired is launching in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are expanding to additional markets — join the pilot to get notified when we reach your area.
How do I apply to join the Re-Paired network?
Submit a shop application through our intake form. Our team reviews every application and will reach out with next steps, including the onboarding process.
What does the onboarding process look like?
After approval, you complete your shop profile — business details, service areas, specializations, and contact information. Once reviewed and activated, your shop appears in the network.
How does pricing work for shops?
Details on shop pricing are shared during the onboarding process. Re-Paired is designed so both sides win — shops get qualified leads and a trust-backed reputation, consumers get transparency.
How do I reset my password?
Use the login page and select "Forgot password" to receive a reset link via email. If you signed up with OTP (email code), you don't have a password — just request a new code at login.
How do I update my account information?
Log in and navigate to your profile to update your name, phone, or other details. For email changes, contact support.
How does Re-Paired protect my data?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use row-level security on every database table, and personal information is never shared with third parties without your consent.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Every non-transactional email includes an unsubscribe link in the footer. You can also visit the unsubscribe page directly.
